Hellospoke is a mobile platform designed to simplify business communications. Its user-friendly interface and mobile functionality allow users to easily manage their business connections, without the need for long-term commitments.

One of the key features of the Spoke mobile client is its built-in disaster recovery capability. In the event of an internet or network outage, calls can still be answered using the Spoke Mobile Client. This feature acts as a reliable backup solution, ensuring that communication remains uninterrupted even in challenging circumstances.

The Spoke Mobile Client offers a range of standard phone features, including a contact list and favorites, call display, voicemail indicator, speakerphone, mute and hold functions, call history, call recording, ringtones, and contact avatars. It also supports multiple calls and allows for call transfer, call merging and splitting (three-way conferencing) - providing users with flexible calling options.

Moreover, the Spoke Mobile Client supports various audio codecs to ensure optimal call quality, such as G.711 a/u, G.722 (HD), GSM, OPUS, and SILK. It automatically selects the most suitable codec for each call, guaranteeing clear and reliable audio transmission.

In addition to these standard features, the Spoke Mobile Client offers advanced functionalities like network traversal, global IP support, media efficiency and quality enhancements (including noise reduction and echo cancellation), voice activity detection, quality of service prioritization, security and encryption (TLS and SRTP), DNS SRV record lookups, and call quality statistics.

Furthermore, Hellospoke supports the G.729 audio codec - a low bandwidth codec that provides excellent audio quality even in environments with limited bandwidth capabilities (e.g., 3G connections). This codec intelligently optimizes data usage during calls while ensuring high-quality sound.
